A one stop shop for all comfort, energy and indoor air quality improvements.
The Maryland Home Performance Program is sponsored by the Maryland Energy Administration which trains and certifies select contractors to perform energy audits and install whole-house energy improvements. It is part of Governor O’Malley’s EmPOWER Maryland initiative which seeks to reduce Maryland’s energy consumption 15% per person by 2015.
